So, when I decided to refinance my own home I expected delays, broken promises, excuses, and unexpected surprises. Well, the only surprise I received during the entire process was how quick, smooth and professional my refi went. Darren made this an experience that was definitely exceeded my initial expectations. I was surprised at the way he and his support staff communicated with me during the refi and am impressed by Rocket Mortgage's online system.
