Darren Goldsmith at Rocket Mortgage made refinancing my home one of the best decision I had made in years. I had a high mortgage payment and was afraid that I might lose my home. Darren gave me all the numbers up front and was able to bring my payments down by a few hundred dollars. I had an interest rate of almost 9% and he was able to give me a rate of 3.5. I never had to take off from work because all of this was communicated through the My Rocket Mortgage online account that you set up at the beginning where you check for documents that are needed to be uploaded and questions and answers that you may have. You are kept in the loop throughout the whole process, wether online or by telephone, questions were always answered in a timely manner. I appreciated the honest and great professional communication that Darren and the whole refinance team had displayed to ease any fears I may have had during my midnight anxieties, Someone always had an answer. Obviously, my preference is to do business in person. Darren was great from the start. The process was easy, closed in a month, everything was online so that you could see exactly was happening in the day to day activities. I would strongly advise, if you are looking to mortgage, refinance, etc. Darren and Rocket Mortgage is the way to go. I will use them again in the future should I decide to move again.
