When it comes to big ticket items, home, refinancing, cars etc. I'm still a traditional guy. In the sense that I feel that I need to be "hands on" with the experience as I have been in the past. I mean picking a bank, meeting with the loan officer and after time going in and filling out mountains of paperwork.
