Oh, My goodness...where to start? I am super busy and do not have the time to chase everything most mortgage brokers say is necessary. Less than 3 weeks ago I had a delightful conversation with Derek and it was actually pleasant. Not intimidating. I am VERY pleased to say on Tuesday I will close on my house. Less years and over 3% less than last rate, but....this is the good part 1.5 % less ...Oh, My goodness...where to start?
