Dexter was a God sent for me, he went above and beyond what the other banks did, I was in the process of trying with two other banks and both were giving me the run around for no reason, I had everything in order, gave them everything they asked for. Dexter called in in 3 minutes and asked what was wrong, I starting explaining that I was a 1st time buyer with good job, good credit but the banks were a nightmare. Dexter told me he would do everything possible to help, AND HE DID !!! Thank you Dexter. He even checked on me after hours to make sure I was ok. I will always be grateful to him. I did check the reviews on Rocket Mortgage and saw a lot of negative reviews, even my realtor had them but Dexter was so honest and sincere that I had to go with Rocket Mortgage.
