I began my journey with Rocket Mortgage as an unsure, prospective customer. Just wanted info on lower rates and a possible consolidation of bills due to recent death of my husband from ALS. We not only discussed the loan but also the NBA championship between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors. I was well aware that Rocket Mortgage Arena was named after Rocket Mortgage CEO Dan Gilbert principal owner of the Cavaliers. This refinance loan is the third or fourth one I have had since we bought our home in 1991. I have to say, beyond a doubt, that this Rocket Mortgage was the smoothest and least costly of the four. I was totally satisfied with the process and wouldn't hesitate to call on Dimitri and Rocket Mortgage again should I ever decide to refinance again. very intelligent diligent gentleman. Worked with me for about a year on an issue with a loan I had my daughter on. Always took his time and was very respectful. We bonded over this loan and this gentleman was personable and genuinely wanted to resolve my issue with which no other firm seemed capable of doing. After i had lost hope this young man made me a priority and yes after almost a year he ...very intelligent diligent gentleman.
