I was appreciative of Dino being upfront and taking an objective look at my current refinance situation. I was in a position where the benefit of refinancing was very minimal. Dino recognized this and let me know. You would expect a loan officer to try and pressure you into moving forward. That is not what I experienced at all. This is my second refi and Dino did a great job he explained things well and everything went through quickly without issues!
I started the refinancing of my home in August and did not close until the beginning of October. Dino was with me every step of the way. There were times that I was anxious about the process but, Dino would answer all my questions and if he didn’t know an answer he would find out and get back to me.
