Donya (and Rocket Mortgage!) was a breath of fresh air when we began our refinance with her. We had a horrible experience with our existing loan company, thinking that since our existing loan was with them, it would be an easy refi. Wrong!! So, when we called Rocket Mortgage and Donya answered the phone, we were ready for "the old run around". Not so!! She kept us informed during every step of the process, alerted us when there was any delay, and NEVER once dropped the ball. It was, by far, the easiest refinance we have ever done.
