I was impressed by Andrew's level of professionalism and personal concern for my needs. He took all the time I needed to make the right decision for my situation. Andrew made the process painlessly easy and even called me a month after the loan had funded. I was surprised that he took the time to congratulate me on lowering my mortgage payments.
