I applied for a fifteen year fixed interest mortgage with Rocket Mortgage and Duane was assigned to my account. Duane was very professional and kept me informed during the closing process. I will now have my mortgage paid off six years sooner than what I was scheduled for before by switching to a fifteen year fixed interest mortgage and a switch to biweekly payments. The online account portal is also extremely well thought out and user friendly.

Two words: The G.O.A.T! For all of you non millennials, this acronym is short for Greatest Of All Time. About halfway through the loan process I began referring to Mr. Duane as the GOAT because his service of excellence was in fact the the greatest of all time. From start to finish his knowledge and honesty served my mortgage needs well. Not only did he meet the competitors rates but he also ...Two words: The G.O.A.T! I greatly appreciated his honesty and prompt responses. He ALWAYS responded within 24 hours, even on weekends and holidays. While my mortgage process took a bit longer (we live in a very small town and the title company is not efficient at all) all in all I would HIGHLY recommend him &Rocket Mortgage. Duane's comical antics and humorus comments made this process fun. As a former military family we have moved quite a bit and have purchased/sold several properties and this has been by far the best. We will only do business with Rocket Mortgage from here on out. It really was nice to deal with Duane for the most part as well other brokers made the process so impersonal and inconvenient. Not only did the GOAT go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure all of our questions were answered but he scheduled the closing to be in our home/after work. WOW!! This was a first but definitely wont be our last! I would highly recommend Mr. Duane Ehler and Rocket Mortgage. Its been a few months and we could not be happier!
