Over the course of my adult life, I've encountered many "over-the-phone" or "online" sales people; for the most part, they fit the same stereo-typical mold of a vacuum cleaner sales guy (that tells you how old I am; I don't think they even have vacuum cleaner sales guys anymore). Anyways, occasionally you run into someone who genuinely cares about your needs and about the company they work for. ...Over the course of my adult life, I've encountered many "over-the-phone" or "online" sales people; for the most part, they fit the same stereo-typical mold of a vacuum cleaner sales guy (that tells you how old I am; I don't think they even have vacuum cleaner sales guys anymore). Anyways, occasionally you run into someone who genuinely cares about your needs and about the company they work for. I've met hundreds of sales reps in dozens of disciplines so it's fairly immediate when you run into someone who fits the mold of "above the norm". Dustin Yount fits into that category. Right from the beginning, I could clearly tell that he was very knowledgeable about the topics he represented but more importantly; he came across as genuinely caring about my needs. That made the difference.

This is the first time that I ever attempted to perform such a "large-scope" transaction via the web. Who would have thought that you can perform transaction like this twenty or thirty years ago. The only reason that I did was because Dustin walked me through each step of the process in a very professional, yet personal way which put my cautious mind at ease and allowed me to place my trust into a cloud based system and the person representing it.

Everything went very smoothly and I couldn't be more satisfied. So thank you Dustin Yount and thank you Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage for making it easy and making a seemingly impersonal transaction become very personal.Read MoreRead Less

I would given Dustin more than the 5 stars. I was apprehensive about starting the refinance process as I have been disappointed and burnt in the past. His enthusiasm and assurances that I would be fine with Rocket Mortgage help make my decision not to choose a different mortgage company. There were a couple of issues that popped up (as I am sure they often do),but he and others that I worked with ...I would given Dustin more than the 5 stars. I was apprehensive about starting the refinance process as I have been disappointed and burnt in the past. His enthusiasm and assurances that I would be fine with Rocket Mortgage help make my decision not to choose a different mortgage company.
