I didn’t find Earl helpful. He didn’t return phone call promptly. Also he never asked me for my information to fill out the credit app. He put down the wrong employer and didn’t put all my income on the app. I had to call customer service for help with underwriting. I am very disappointed in the service Earl gave me.
