Elena was always prompt, courteous, had an answer for all my questions, and is a true professional. She advised me, and true to her word, that she was accessible whenever I needed a question addressed or sought clarification.

Having a negative experience with another lender on preliminary discussion of a refi left me skeptical of trying with Rocket Mortgage. Elena immediately put to rest any skepticism or lingering doubts that I had.
