Not only did my monthly payment go down considerably so did the PMI. Now I have considerably more of my monthly payment going towards principal and interest instead of the PMI racket.

Ember is very organized and detail oriented. She has the best interpersonal skills of any loan officer that I have ever worked with. Ember and the Rocket Mortgage team made me feel comfortable with my decision to refinance. I am closing next week and I can't believe they are actually coming to my home to complete the closing instead of me having to drive to another location. I really believe Rocket Mortgage is the ultimate in customer service. I would definitely recommend any of my friends and family to refinance with Rocket Mortgage.
