Worjing with Rocket Mortgage was the best financial decison I made. I refinanced with them just 2 years after u purchased my home with Wells Fargo under and FHA loan. Ember advised me that I was qualified to have my FHA removed and refinance under a conventional loan. What was different with Ember versus my first loan officer was that Ember wasn't so overbearing. She was organized and you can just tell she had a lot of experience with her job. She wasn't like my first loan officer who made the experience of buying a home a nightmare and constantly losing my paper work and refaxing information. The way that Rocket Mortgage is setup it doesn't allow anyone to lose any important and official documents. This made very comfortable. In fact, Ember and her team made me feel comfortable with my decision to refinance with them overall. When I closed on my house she called to confirm if everything went as smooth as she had explained it would be.
