I was looking into refinancing as the rates are so competitive and completed the Rocket Mortgage info sheet online. Within 5 minutes I got a call from Eric. He was polite, friendly, professional and, most importantly, was not in the least pushy. I was clear that I was shopping around and that we had a long standing relationship with our current lender that we would not break unless the deal was ...I was looking into refinancing as the rates are so competitive and completed the Rocket Mortgage info sheet online. Eric came through and even when I told him I was going to go back to our existing lender to see if they could match the offer, he remained pleasant, supportive and wished me the best whichever way I went.
We did the numbers and Rocket was determined as the best way to go. Eric steered us through the process and was available no matter how many times I called with what were probably the most inane questions. Throughout it all, it really felt that Eric was on our side and not just a corporate cog in the wheel. By the end of the process, we were talking like old friends. I cannot recommend him highly enough. This is not our first time dealing with mortgages and I have already recommended Rocket - and more specifically Eric - to a number of our friends who expressed an interest in taking advantage of the historically low rates.

We were very disappointed by their numbers it was nothing close to what it should have been more than double actually. This year we decided to check with Rocket Mortgage and see if we would have more affordable mortgage without having to sacrifice quality of home we wanted for the price we could afford. I am Also a very shy person and my Husband works 12 hr shifts and isn’t usually awake during Business hours. He is also shy so having someone you can talk to easily on the phone and understand them completely and it be more on our hours rather then regular banking hours was extremely important along with the rates. He got us a very affordable deal even had a much higher prequalified Amount. We got our prequalified approval the same night. By that point we had already seen a house we were interested in but wanted to make sure our ducks were in a row and at a better bank with better than what our personal bank was willing to do. It was quick and easy with Eric he was very clear, concise And patient. Maybe the next week or so we put in our first offer of the first house we liked after seeing over 20. Offer was excepted and the rest of the process was very fast and smooth. It was a delight working with Eric he really gave us confidence in the whole process and knowing that the mortgage was going to be reasonable and we could finally move out of our first apartment and actually be able to own An amazing wonderful home. Eric was absolutely wonderful! Without his assistance our cash-out refinance would not have happened. We were previously told we weren’t eligible for a cash-out refinance first various reasons but Eric was willing to investigate further and make it happen. I would highly recommend Eric!
