Erin was OUTSTANDING,,,,in limited previous attempts with Rocket Mortgage and with other companies I ran into inexplicable road blocks. I believe that it was the people who did not have a comprehensive understanding about the products they had to offer and/or not willing to help make it happen. The way the Rocket Mortgage system works is flawed in the fact that you build a relationship with the first contact and then are thrown around from person to person. I understand the point, but it was kind of messy. Not her fault.

When I first started to work with Erin I really wasn't sure I was ready to refinance my home due to past credit issues. After supplying Erin with our information to get started in the refinance process I was given an unexpected surprise. I was completely shocked at how much money I was actually going to save on my mortgage each month. Still skeptical of whether or not this was going to actually happen the next few week were challenging for me but Erin was my life line to get through this process.
