Erin, got me the best rate along with the refinance charges. Wish should have kept me more informed on the application which showed a couple of debts I didn't have, e.g. alimony. However, the process with swift considering how many people are refinancing. The rate and fees kept changing only a weekly basis and I got cash back which increase the loan amount, I wished I didn't get cash back but ...Erin, got me the best rate along with the refinance charges.
