I like doing things online, so when I was deciding on whether or not to refinance again, I decided to do what I did last time, I jumped on Rocket Mortgage Chat. Ernie was the rep that was chatting with me, we chatted for well over an hour and he answered all of my questions down to an estimate of what my monthly mortgage would be.
