I like doing things online, so when I was deciding on whether or not to refinance again, I decided to do what I did last time, I jumped on Rocket Mortgage Chat. Ernie was the rep that was chatting with me, we chatted for well over an hour and he answered all of my questions down to an estimate of what my monthly mortgage would be. I have refinanced with Rocket Mortgage twice. Once when I was leaving Bank of America and another time for a cash out option for home improvement. Both experiences were painless and hassle free and both were done completely and totally online! Ernie and his team constantly updated me on the process of the refinance and any questions I had were answered within hours.
