The minute I got Ernie on the phone I knew I was dealing with the right guy to get my loan done. After working on it for 3 1/2 months with Wells Fargo who declined my loan, I came to Rocket Mortgage. Ernie made me feel comfortable from the beginning and did what he said he would do. It was not an easy loan to get done and we hit a couple of snags along the way, but him and his team at Rocket ...The minute I got Ernie on the phone I knew I was dealing with the right guy to get my loan done.
