I called Rocket Mortgage on a lark, just to see if they would refinance my 2 loans. HSB and Chase and Lender all told me this was impossible due to it being a home equity loan. Ernie was the service rep who contacted me. My experience was 29 days from start to closing and it was the easiest thing I have ever done.
