I called Rocket Mortgage on a lark, just to see if they would refinance my 2 loans. HSB and Chase and Lender all told me this was impossible due to it being a home equity loan. Ernie was the service rep who contacted me. My experience was 29 days from start to closing and it was the easiest thing I have ever done. I was never passed around from agent to agent. Every question was answered, sometimes with amusement, and I felt Ernie and I were just good email friends. I could not be happier with the outcome. The minute I got Ernie on the phone I knew I was dealing with the right guy to get my loan done. After working on it for 3 1/2 months with Wells Fargo who declined my loan, I came to Rocket Mortgage. Ernie made me feel comfortable from the beginning and did what he said he would do. It was not an easy loan to get done and we hit a couple of snags along the way, but him and his team at Rocket ...The minute I got Ernie on the phone I knew I was dealing with the right guy to get my loan done.
