Evan was good to work with until my loan closed. After that it was difficult to get him to respond. I am guessing it was because he had now been paid for my loan and I was no longer a priority. I took the deal to receive a $2,500 credit on my Amex card for the closing of my loan. The original offer stated I would have this credit in 6-8 weeks. I am now nearing the 8 week mark.
