Evan was very good to deal with, and we finally got the load done for my brother and sister in law, The only problem was at the closing with the girl or notary, was she gave us wrong information about how the money could be disbursed. We worked it out, but she did not give us accurate information, and it took extra signing and just prolonged the end.
