Refinancing a home is often a trial of sorts - lots of paperwork, documents forever and there is ALWAYS one more something needed. Frank cut through most of that and did so with unusual grace. He returns calls , solves problems and gets answers and follows through. Rocket is lucky to have him aw we were.
