On the first initial phone call he was great with giving me the info, following up, getting everything in order and then we never heard from him again during the process. There were some terms I wanted to update and he told me we could do it at the closing but he was not in attendance at the closing - no RM rep was present if we wanted to update any info. Refinancing a home is often a trial of sorts - lots of paperwork, documents forever and there is ALWAYS one more something needed. Frank cut through most of that and did so with unusual grace. He returns calls , solves problems and gets answers and follows through. Rocket is lucky to have him aw we were.
