I think our first conversation lasted 45 minutes. Never have I been so satisfied with a mortgage application and delivery. Before agreeing to the mortgage I consulted with my attorney/tax lawyer, who had helped with three previous mortgage applications. He said you may pay a quarter percent more with Rocket Mortgage, but the ease of the process will make it worthwhile and cut weeks off the waiting period for approval. He also said to feel comfortable about signing the contracts (in my home) without his presence. I couldn't feel better about the results, and I thank Gerald and his colleagues for their guidance throughout the process.

Despite the fact that Rocket Mortgage is rolling out its new RocketLoans product, we feel that Gerald was rocketloans before the phrase was coined.
