I saw a Rocket Mortgage commercial on television, so I decided to give them a call. The first person that I spoke with was named Giancarlo. I told him the nature of my call and what I was wanting to do, which was refinance my home. He asked me some questions such as my income and debts. Then he had me to draw a chart to show my present monthly debts. On the other side it showed what my monthly ...I saw a Rocket Mortgage commercial on television, so I decided to give them a call. The first person that I spoke with was named Giancarlo. I told him the nature of my call and what I was wanting to do, which was refinance my home. He asked me some questions such as my income and debts. Then he had me to draw a chart to show my present monthly debts. On the other side it showed what my monthly debts would be if I were to refinance my hwith them. He also quoted me a lower interest rate. I was amazed with how much money I could save each month by refinancing my home and paying off all of my debts. Then he told me that I was approved. He walked me through the process step by step. Giancarlo always made himself available to answer any concerns that I had. No matter how many times in a day that I called him his personality never changed. He was always courteous and polite. He is an awesome man that really knows what he is doing. I thank God for Giancarlo who reassured me from day one that he had me, and he did. Now instead of just existing, I can live my life to the fullest. I would strongly recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone that is wanting to buy a home or refinance their existing home. If I knew who Giancarlo immediate supervisor was I would highly recommend that he be given a raise for all that he did to help me.
