Gina did a fine job with our re-financing. It was not a difficult loan to make and Gina's strength was that she did not get involved when she was not needed and efficiently stepped in when Rocket Mortgage's Ops people started wandering in the desert with repeat requests for already delivered documentation etc. Overall, we were pleased with Rocket Mortgage and very satisfied with Gina.
