We filled the initial forms and received an automated refi offer, but it didn't seem attractive enough to go through the whole refinancing process so we gave up Rocket Mortgage, believe that it is yet another advertisement balloon.
Then, Gjon called me (I guess it was the last day of our offer window) and wanted to learn why didn't we want to continue and questioned our expectations from this refi....We filled the initial forms and received an automated refi offer, but it didn't seem attractive enough to go through the whole refinancing process so we gave up Rocket Mortgage, believe that it is yet another advertisement balloon.
Then, Gjon called me (I guess it was the last day of our offer window) and wanted to learn why didn't we want to continue and questioned our expectations from this refi. Then asked for a few minutes to work on our case. When he called back he had a plan that fits to our expectations, he promised that he will stay in the loop until everything is closed and he will gladly answer all our questions, all of which he did perfectly.
He single-handedly reversed our decision and we refinanced with Rocket Mortgage and the new mortgage terms are well within our expectations. He guided us throughout the whole process, offered solutions that mutually make sense.
