Glenn was awesome! We refinanced when the rates fell. However, we had just layed flooring, and our PC and printer were still packed away, and we were trying to accomplish all this on cell phones. Of course, as we got printers hooked up they ran out of ink! We were snowed in for the week as well! But Glenn took it all in stride and helped us so much with our lack of technology.
