During the loan different departments handle different parts. After talking with a rep from the closing department, Gordon makes a followup call to us to make sure we understand what's taking place at that time. He has gone over and above anything we could have asked for in a rep. He is easy to talk to, very personable and genuinely seems to like his job and care about gis clients. Once or twice a year I give him a call and ask if there is anything that may be advantageous to us. We have a family of 8, so every penny counts. Within a days time Gordon has any suggestions and ideas ready for us to listen to. If there is not anything beneficial at the moment he tells us also. Never ever tries to sell us on anything that won't be of help. We have completed 4 refis in the last 6 years. One was a cash out loan. Everything from Gordon and Rocket Mortgage goes through with no problem and minimal work from us as clients. I recommend Gordon to all my friends and family. While I was addressing the death of my mother-in-law and the stress that my wife was having dealing with the loss of her mother. Issues presented by the appraiser had to be resolved prior to me flying to New Jersey to assist my wife was addressed by Gordon and other...Gordon was very proactive and professional during a period of stress from several events that impacted to closing of our refinancing. While I was addressing the death of my mother-in-law and the stress that my wife was having dealing with the loss of her mother. Issues presented by the appraiser had to be resolved prior to me flying to New Jersey to assist my wife was addressed by Gordon and other Rocket Mortgage staffers that resulted in a positive result despite all of the negative obstacles that arose.
