I was about to tell Rocket Mortgage I wanted out of the deal when I received a call from Gordon. I was angry at what I believed to be misrepresentations by the POWER BROKER who had been handling my loan application. For some unknown reason, I gave Gordon the courtesy of trying to determine the problems and resolve them, something that is unusual for me, with me, a Company gets one shot. Friendly, courteous, and understanding and best of all, he knew what a refinance mortgage was all about. He spent the time to make sure my every issue was addressed and explained. Because of Gordon, I am proceeding with Rocket Mortgage and we close May 23 next.
Gordon's manner had not the slightest hint of impatience,the man is is and outstanding representative of Rocket Mortgage and I will refer anyone seeking a mortgage or refinancing and existing mortgage to contact him.
