Any hour of the day or night (within reason) if we have a question or concern he promptly calls us back and explains in simple terms what the answer is. During the loan different departments handle different parts. After talking with a rep from the closing department, Gordon makes a followup ...Met Gordon a few Refinances ago. We were lucky to have gotten him as our contact through Rocket Mortgage. Any hour of the day or night (within reason) if we have a question or concern he promptly calls us back and explains in simple terms what the answer is. During the loan different departments handle different parts. After talking with a rep from the closing department, Gordon makes a followup call to us to make sure we understand what's taking place at that time. He has gone over and above anything we could have asked for in a rep. He is easy to talk to, very personable and genuinely seems to like his job and care about gis clients. Once or twice a year I give him a call and ask if there is anything that may be advantageous to us. We have a family of 8, so every penny counts. Within a days time Gordon has any suggestions and ideas ready for us to listen to. If there is not anything beneficial at the moment he tells us also. Never ever tries to sell us on anything that won't be of help. We have completed 4 refis in the last 6 years. One was a cash out loan. Everything from Gordon and Rocket Mortgage goes through with no problem and minimal work from us as clients. I recommend Gordon to all my friends and family.
