We have refinanced a few times with Rocket Mortgage. You will receive numbers from the banker and then get different numbers before settlement. Each time we have to call the banker and get them to fix the numbers. Guillaume fixed the numbers just as previous bankers have for us. So in the end everything was fine. I just wish that Rocket Mortgage kept better track of what everyone was saying ...We have refinanced a few times with Rocket Mortgage. I have done many mortgage deals over the years and 3 with Rocket Mortgage. Guillaume just completed my third. By far thee best service experience I have ever had with a mortgage. Guillaume was efficient, polite, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I think start to finish it took only about two weeks to close. Best mortgage I have ever had.
