I'm a very skeptical person who is constantly on the lookout for scammers, manipulators, etc., so I normally tend to ignore solicitations of every kind. In this case, I had missed a couple of calls from Harry concerning my mortgage but after listening to the voice mails he left, I decided to call him back to hear his "pitch" and I am SO glad that I did. In this case, I had missed a couple of calls from Harry concerning my mortgage but after listening to the voice mails he left, I decided to call him back to hear his "pitch" and I am SO glad that I did. Harry explained how Rocket Mortgage periodically reviews your mortgage and will contact you when they see a situation in which you might benefit. In my case I was able to get significant debt relief with a cash out refinance with minimal increase in my monthly mortgage payment and equitable loan terms. Harry was very helpful and answered all of my questions (which were plentiful) thoroughly, making sure everything was crystal clear every step of the way. He always did what he said he would do and never failed to follow up and keep me informed on how things were progressing. Since my refinance closed a few months ago, I've been way less stressed (from less debt) and my credit score has shot up significantly; it's now in the "good" zone and climbing.
