Isaac was a welcomed change. Our bank lied to us and we discovered this in the hours before signing the agreement for the home. I called Rocket Mortgage in desperation to find the solution to our problems. Isaac took charge of the situation and worked closely with us and our realtor to find the proper mortgage plan and get us our home. Look, buying a house is never easy, per se... but Issac and his team made it as painless as possible, partly by maintaining contact with me the way I like to communicate (even by text message!) He was with me every step of the way. He responds to everything with lightning speed as well... much faster than me!
