I had just about given up on getting a house that I really wanted. Due to some personal issues, everyone I talked to wanted me to wait another two months. There is a lot of activity on the house I want so I know The sellers would not wait that long especially since they had an offer in another house contingent on selling theirs. A friends husband recommended I try Rocket Mortgage. I called on Friday night and talked to Jen. When she heard I was interested in a USDA loan she turned me over to Isaac. I talked to him at length on Sunday and today (Tuesday) he called to tell me I’m in the next phase so he won’t be working with me now. I am totally shocked that he got everything done in such a short amount of time! He kept in constant touch with me and let me know what was going on. After stressing out about this all week Isaac had everything taken care of in a couple of days! I can’t believe how easy he made it! If I buy another house I will use Isaac again. Plus I will refer him to everyone who is looking for a home mortgage loan.

We found reviews of Rocket Mortgage online and decided to give it a try. Literally seconds after entering our information on the website, we received a phone call from Isaac about moving forward with the process. Also keep in mind this was around 8pm. I kid you not - we had a pre-approval letter that same evening and made an offer on our house the following day. The rest of the process was just as seamless, Isaac made things easy to understand and answered our calls every single time we reached out. Everyone talks about how difficult it is to deal with mortgage lenders and our experience has been surprisingly smooth. Also, they seem to offer comparable/fair rates and fees to other lenders. He was patient friendly available to us even if the weekends .. will to go any extend to help and explain things.. even after we got some issues with our first house and had to back off he was there to encourage us ....I wish I could tell everyone how nice you are Isaac, but since I can't, I will just say thank you...
