I was not always kind, as my frustration grew with repeated road blocks, but he was patient and worked with me to get past them. Eventually we were able to close the loan. He broke everything down very thoroughly to make sure I understood and was comfortable signing.

He even went out of his way while he was on vacation to answer a couple questions I had when he didn't need as he made sure to have someone cover his clients need be.
