I had initially gone onto the Rocket Mortgage "Rocket Loan" site and got stuck trying to find my bank in their database. He was very thorough in his explanation of how the process works, what our options were and how we could move forward. All of his estimates and calculations were conservative by design, so we were pleasantly surprised by the final numbers. We tried working with our local bank first and it just didn't happen for us.
