Zero stars if I could. I am not happy with the way my recent refinancing was done. I was previously contacted by a nice Rocket rep (woman) who tried to accommodate my need to refinance my existing rocket mortgage loan. She couldn't and we both agreed to wait a few months. Then not less than a week later Jake called and continued to call me all hours of the day to get me to agree to the loan he ...Zero stars if I could. I am not happy with the way my recent refinancing was done. I was previously contacted by a nice Rocket rep (woman) who tried to accommodate my need to refinance my existing rocket mortgage loan. She couldn't and we both agreed to wait a few months. Then not less than a week later Jake called and continued to call me all hours of the day to get me to agree to the loan he wanted me to have. I didn't want an FHA loan, I asked to just lower my payment with my current conventional loan. He kept coming back that nothing would work unless we did the FHA loan. Once he got his way, I have yet to hear from him. I am stuck trying to find out the details of the payoffs of my accounts that he promised and am blown away by the lack of transparency when I call anyone in the Rocket group to ask questions about my loan. Each Rocket member forwards my call to someone else. I feel duped and used like I got sold a loan not by my means. I will never, never, never trust Rocket again. I plan to explore other companies that make better relationships based on trust and compassion for their clients.
