My experience with Jacob Zarzour was a very positive one. This was my first refinance and he walked me through the process quickly and efficiently and was extremely helpful. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to refinance and after he looked at all the information, was very positive towards a substantial savings for me to refinance. I liked the Rocket Mortgage site as well, where you could upload all your documents and see the status of your loan request at all times all the way through to the closing, and even after, I go to the same site Rocket Mortgage account to make my house payment now. Jacob was great, from the first phone call through to the closing. I've done a few refis, and this one was the easiest. My refi wasn't typical, but he and his team pulled it through... painlessly for me. He is an excellent communicator, the Rocket Mortgage app was comfortably handy.
