I don’t usually do a review, but I saw something about “rates lowest in years “ so I called and talked with Jacob . We had done a refi into a conventional loan not even a year yet and he took some info ,asked a few questions and said he would be in touch . A couple days later he called back and said he could refi with a rate lower than what I have and save me approximately $150 a month .
