After she passed over her part in this process, things went from five star to one. I got a runaround for three weeks trying to get my disbursement. I got nowhere with that. I was transferred to Customer relations, David took over from there.He was very professional and did stay in touch w me until the issue was revolved and follow up afterwards. I was highly disappointed in the final process of my account. There was no initial communication about the delay in the disbursement, so I was left in the dark until I reached out to you.
