Jacquie was professional, timely and very knowledgeable. She answered all concerns I had. I highly recommend Jacquie for anyone going through the loan process! After she passed over her part in this process, things went from five star to one. I got a runaround for three weeks trying to get my disbursement. I was highly disappointed in the final process of my account. There was no initial communication about the delay in the disbursement, so I was left in the dark until I reached out to you.
