Each and every person I spoke to throughout the process, especially Jad Bedoun, was kind, interested in my story and offered complete explanation at every stage.
But, I am writing about the extraordinary professionalism that occurred during a glitch that happened. Somehow a mistake was made after my first closing. I was told that the mortgage was cancelled due to closing costs which had never been mentioned.

I was moved from person to person and I finally heard from a higher up who told me that the glitch had been resolved and, after another closing, my loan would e approved at the exact cost that I was given at the beginning of the process.
In this world of increasing incivility and decreasing personal responsibility , I was afforded respect and caring at every step. Everyone I worked with, especially Jad, was at the top of their game. I will tell everyone I know to do business with Rocket Mortgage; a company that is honorable and honest.
