I had a very positive experience with Jad. Unfortunately, the process, that Rocket Mortgage appears to employ had me dealing with a few different people, and Jad was no longer in contact with me after the initial forms were taken care of. Ultimately, everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I find that a single point person, for me, is more efficient and lends itself to a more satisfying experience.
