My wife and I were actively looking to buy a house in a very competitive market where hot houses at best lasted 2 or 3 days on the market and required either cash offer or pre-approval. I put Jae through a lot to get our first home loan completed - dozens of calls, emails, back and forth and negotiating as I wavered between different lenders. Through it, all Jae was kind, informative, and quick to respond to my concerns and provide more information. My only complaint is that I didn't have MORE of her time, which is certainly not Jae's fault, but rather the amount of work she's ...I put Jae through a lot to get our first home loan completed - dozens of calls, emails, back and forth and negotiating as I wavered between different lenders.
