My experience with Jacob was great. I was always kept in the loop on information or anything concerning the loan process. If i had questions ( I did) they were answered promptly and honestly. As the process moved forward, he kept me advised on where we were at so I didn't sit here in the dark and wonder what, if anything , was going on with my loan.
