I would always hear people saying buying a condo was a hassle. I can honestly say Jake made the process more than smooth for me. Fast forward, two hurricanes, and eleven months later I am back in the market, I call Jake and I promise you it was as though I had kept in touch all those months. Once again Jake who remains professional and patient was ready to go to work. Jake answers every phone call, text, and email so promptly, that you forget he has other buyers/customers. On top of that Jake is an Executive/Senior Banker and yet I have not met anyone so humble and approachable in this industry.
