When another mortgage company offered me an unbelievable deal that seemed too good to be true, he went through the offer with me to make sure it was indeed true. After he reviewed the deal with me, he was honorable and a gentleman and told me it was a good deal. Jake could have put doubt in my mind about the deal and talked me out of it, but he didn't! Because he was honest to me, when he didn't have to be, I have the upmost respect for him and will refer anyone to him in the future.
